The rules for using Vasukii — the shredder, chat, Threads, the VAK presale, and everything else on the platform.
Last updated: August 24, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vasukii (the "Service"), operated by Vasukii ("Vasukii," "we," "us"). By connecting a wallet to Vasukii or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
See also our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we handle and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You must be at least 18 years old, and legally permitted to use crypto-related services in your jurisdiction, to use Vasukii. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit access to token presales, airdrops, staking, or crypto services generally — it's your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to you. We may restrict access from certain jurisdictions at our discretion.
If you access Vasukii from a jurisdiction where crypto staking, presales, airdrops, or similar token activity is restricted or banned, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for any legal consequences. Vasukii does not verify your jurisdiction and takes no responsibility for your compliance with local law.
Vasukii has no username/password accounts — your wallet address is your identity, and connecting or signing with a wallet is how you access the Service. You are solely responsible for:
We never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and will never request it through support channels.
Vasukii provides an encrypted file shredder, disappearing chat rooms, a wallet-verified social feed (Threads), end-to-end encrypted DMs, games, and features built around the VAK token on Polygon. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time, and the Service is provided on an "as available" basis without guaranteed uptime.
VAK is a utility/community token used within Vasukii, not a security, and not an investment offering. Participating in the presale, airdrop, spin game, or any VAK-related feature does not entitle you to equity, profit-sharing, or a claim on Vasukii as a company.
Anything you post to Threads, chat rooms, or DMs ("User Content") is your responsibility. By posting public content (e.g. Threads posts, replies, profile info), you grant Vasukii a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the Service. You retain ownership of what you post.
Public Threads content is, by design, publicly visible and tied to your wallet address — don't post anything you don't want permanently associated with that address, especially since some actions (tips, follows) may also be recorded on-chain.
We may remove content or restrict access for violations of these Terms, but we don't pre-screen content and aren't responsible for what other users post.
Regardless of where it's posted on Vasukii — Threads, stories, chat rooms, DMs, or the shredder — you may never upload, post, transmit, or store content that:
Posting or transmitting content in this section is a serious violation and may constitute a criminal offense under applicable law. Vasukii will remove such content on discovery or report, permanently restrict the associated wallet address from the Service, and cooperate fully with law enforcement, including preserving relevant records and disclosing them where legally compelled to do so.
Because DMs and chat rooms on Vasukii use wallet-to-wallet end-to-end encryption, Vasukii does not have routine technical visibility into that content and cannot proactively scan it. You remain fully and solely responsible for anything you send through encrypted channels. Report violations you encounter to help@vasukii.xyz; we will act on reports and any lawful order to the extent technically possible.
You agree not to:
Violating this section, or the prohibited content policy above, may result in content removal, rate-limiting, or a block on your wallet address's access to specific features.
Blockchain transactions on Polygon are final. We cannot reverse, refund, or edit a transaction once it's confirmed on-chain, including a mis-sent transfer, a presale contribution, or a mint. Network congestion, gas price changes, or smart contract behavior outside our control can also affect transaction outcomes. You accept these risks as inherent to using a blockchain-based service.
Nothing on Vasukii — including presale details, token mechanics, or marketing materials — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Do your own research and consult a professional before making financial decisions involving crypto assets.
The Vasukii name, logo, brand assets, and site design are owned by Vasukii. Our underlying software is provided to you solely to use the Service as intended; these Terms don't grant you rights to copy, modify, or redistribute Vasukii's code or branding outside that use.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any smart contract, encryption implementation, or third-party dependency (Polygon, Push Protocol, our hosting or database providers) will be free of vulnerabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vasukii and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, tokens, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service — including losses from lost keys, wallet compromise, smart contract risk, token price movement, or third-party service failures — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past six months or 100 USD equivalent.
You agree to indemnify and hold Vasukii harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or restrict a wallet address's access to specific features (not the blockchain itself, which we don't control) at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, or legal compliance. Since there's no traditional account, "termination" means restricting Service access — it doesn't affect your wallet, your funds, or on-chain records, which exist independently of Vasukii.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above and post material changes here. Continued use of Vasukii after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vasukii operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us; if that fails, disputes will be resolved through the courts or arbitration process applicable in that jurisdiction.
Questions about these Terms: help@vasukii.xyz, or reach us at @Vasukiiofficial.
